If I were to give the analogy that my left arm represented my human beingness and my body represented my full all-encompassing beingness, then I could say that my left arm was aware of itself while also being fully conscious and aware of my entire body.  My left arm (Ornesha) knows what it is and does what it needs to do while the rest of my body (fully conscious being) simultaneously does what it needs to do.  Then hopefully we both function and learn to work together in synchronicity as one complete unit.

As to that analogy, while I’ve been going through my days, carrying on with tasks, sleeping, eating and living, I am quite conscious of a much “bigger” part of me that exists within a continual meditation and has a whole life of its own.  

If you will remember there was a “cave” that I had found myself in that represented the deepest core of me and one in which I lingered for some time in the seeming darkness.  When I came out of the cave and went through the door into the next room, it was much different than it had been in the cave.  This room was so filled with light.  At first there was a bright white soft and pillowy light that I seemed to move around in.  I fought the transition while I was in this place.  I wanted to go back through the door to gather up someone whom I love, but the door that I had come through was no longer there.  It was gone. » Read more

The physical body is the most dense form of matter that you will experience throughout your journeys as the essence being that you are.  It is where your energy coalesces into a physical aspect of your consciousness and holds form.  The form is not solid but appears to be and is attached to time so it evolves very slowly (or, at the rate of the growth of consciousness as the two are intertwined) without appearing to change or upset the evolutionary applecart.

The rate of the growth in consciousness has been a slow and steady one and you’ve probably spent many lifetimes gathering up all sorts of karmic holdings while at the same time experiencing and learning along with humanity.  Over and over you’ve been born into a physical body, learning a couple of “life lessons” along the way and passing from the body only to be magnetically drawn to head right straight back down the birth tunnel again and to another physical expression of self.

Your consciousness always accompanies you because it is held securely in your DNA and will ensure that you get every chance possible to experience knowing self.  By having markers exist within your DNA, you are given choice points though which you can either evolve quickly or succumb to the holding or karma keeping the marker in place for the next go round. » Read more

You have, inside of you, an essence self.  This essence of you has never joined in the human experience or existed in a physical body.  It is the part of you that is connected to everything and cannot be separated from you but yet has been away from you for a very long time. 

I get how we all look at the labels of things and utilize these labels to categorize our experiences and create reference points, and so the “labels” that I use will equal your version of what the labeled things are to you.  So when I say “essence” what I am speaking about will equal what you would call your highest, all encompassing version of self (when the idea of “self” no longer exists as a single unit yet is a perfectly individualized aspect of the whole).

Another way to look at essence would be if you took everything that you could possibly think of as being you or even of what you cannot conceive of as being you and ran it all through a filter so fine that it wouldn’t even appear to be a filter at all.  It would more appear to be more like a solid wall.  What came out the other side of that filter would be what was left as the essence of you.  In other words, the filter would remove everything that you were not and what would be left would be a speck, a pure sparkle that is the essence of you but has no size. » Read more

I’ve, in the past, looked at and evaluated the specifics of my life as if they were individual packets of energy held inside of me that needed deciphering and releasing.  I did this so that I would simply have one less thing in-between me and what I desired…a clear vessel for this lifetime on this planet.

Each packet of energy that I had delved into was located by easily following my emotions back to exactly where I felt them in my body and observing exactly how they made me feel.  I then took each one, acknowledged them, loved them and released them.  And then with each release, my perception naturally widened and my existence became a little clearer.  Looking back, it almost sounds too simple.  There isn’t a million-dollar industry around this practice…thank god…and it isn’t an outcropping of a religious or spiritual tradition but then oddly fits within them all.

From what I have learned by observation, the vast majority of religious and spiritual practices have been “handed down” in an attempt to, in one way or another, enlighten (or in some instances entangle) those who have read and followed their words.  But the funny thing is that there have been billions of souls reading this material for thousands of years and yet there are not billions of enlightened individuals walking about.  » Read more

Anyone who reads this blog probably already knows that the planet and life on Earth isn’t going to end anytime in 2012, including December 21^st.  And although it’s hard to show definitive “proof” of this, what was a potential for a, let’s say, great extinction event simply cannot take place because we, as a whole have moved beyond that potential. 

But still, there is a tiny little voice inside that has been asking, “what if?” type questions, just to be sure that the strongly held beliefs in survival and separation get some attention now and again. 

All of the predictions associated with the end of time, remember, came from potentials picked up upon by the seers who were able to accommodate a higher perspective, and saw how potentials were realized.  Take a look at how humanity and “time” continually repeat themselves in a circle-like fashion to re-experience the same things over and over until we become aware and move beyond the experience, or the “clock” runs out and we have to start over again. » Read more

Namaste.   I bow to you where the God in Me greets the God in You.  I greet and honor that space where you and I are one…the space which is of love, truth, light and peace. 

I love the sound of the word, Namaste.   Maybe it’s because when I hear someone saying it, (usually around yogic activities) I get a glimpse of the most beautiful and potent qualities of that person being expressed through words, gesture and intention to another.   Even if that person is having a “bad” day, the foundational energy behind the word, coming from centuries of understanding the increasingly deeper meaning behind it, will somehow show itself through the illusions of the “bad” day.

But as we ourselves evolve rather quickly into our own depths, it will then only be natural that everything else evolves also, including the meaning behind the word, Namaste, as it expands into more of its true significance. » Read more

Working in the energy and clean technology industry is an interesting place to be.  I witness just how far apart and dualistic things can seem and also how perfectly and seamlessly everything is very much tied together. 

In this industry there is a struggle to both fight and accept the changes that are already occurring.  Many industrialized leaders do not want to be severed from their economic benefits of the old ways (to be expected), and many consumers do not want to upset the convenience of their current lifestyles (huh..). 

Maybe it’s because the mountains of complexities seem insurmountable - just as they do when we’re looking at our own internal energy production methods and the possibility of clear, sustainable self-production and stasis. » Read more

Our pains and hurts that used to remain below the surface are coming out gangbusters.  Why?  To be seen, acknowledged, loved and released.  To evolve us…to lighten us up…to become aware beings and awakened to a much bigger understanding of self.

Today we’ll talk about an acceptance for clearing dense emotions from our beings and our lineage while neutralizing the duality within.  It is not the type of acceptance associated with tolerance in such a way that you accept something because you have to tolerate it.

It is an acceptance that begins in the head and is tricky when the more “dense or deep” emotions come up to be seen and healed.  Being used to tolerating things, it is harder for the mind to unconditionally accept them for what they are…simple energy.  So we’ll use a floor as an example: » Read more

There really is no “filler” or “free” time any more, when what we do doesn’t matter or doesn’t have an immediate energetic impact on self and environment.  Any interaction or situation that we come upon has with it the potential to become either balanced (healed of dualistic good/bad qualities) or explosive (continuation of duality and the beliefs in survival and separation).  It will however, always be the choice of the participants as to which will be experienced as we all are simply free to choose. 

As we go through our day, we will have many “choice points” where emotions are heightened (even a little) and we will have the choice to either be internally urged to react and judge something as “wrong” or become aware and see the emotion as a gift.  In the latter, we then use the emotion for our own enlightenment.

Lightening up and lifting the frequency of the physical body is, in a way, the task at hand as we all collectively step into a new frontier.  It happens when we meditate, practice yoga or immerse ourselves into the creation of something we love.  While we do these things, we are stepping out of time, letting go of the heavier qualities of our lives that our minds LOVE to hang onto, and aligning with our inner selves to bring clarity, awareness and inner peace. 

As we begin residing in the higher planes of existence here on Earth a little more and more each day, it’s easy to see that “time” is acting differently as of late. 

I notice that time is becoming way more pliable and can work both with and against me.   A good visual I have with “time” is one where all of the timelines that have been, are, and will be are currently blending together, not for the creation of a new timeline, but for the liberation from time and all of its limits. » Read more
